It became a huge issue for business pages because it became hard to reach followers organically.

You can use the reports and analytics from Facebook to understand your customers and what posts getting more attention, whether to create an image or video. According to a few studies, video posts will get more engagement than image posts, but it can vary depending on your business nature.

Stop Selling

In your post, you need to stop posting your service or e-commerce-related post. Post more quality content post, your customer reviews. Use Facebook pixels to target the website visitors and target them with product and service posts.

Consider an alternative route. Create a group for your business on Facebook. With a group, you can easily create a customer base and attract more customers to your business.
